1. log on Children Hospital of Orange County website at www.choc.org
2. Tab left upper "patient & family" section
3. Click "Email a Patient" on the right side section
4. Fill the information include your last name, first name and your email address. patient's name column put Melissa Yu PICU616
5. Patient is at column click "CHOC"
6. write your message in "Message" column
7. Then Click "Submit" that's it.
